Hide with the Best – Make your own Ghillie Suit
Instructables comes thru again. You can spend a hundred bucks easy on just pieces and dozens of hours putting together the ultimate camo system. The GHILLIE SUIT. Or you can buy one pre made from some online sources. They vary in quality and I’d expect you to be disappointed or have to spend time on a kit.
These are all poor options. Making your own from scratch is hard. I’ve done it! But this is a great option. Remember the big warning. DON’T WEAR A SUIT NEAR FIRE. You will burn like crazy. They are very dangerous, even the resistant stuff still burns pretty easy. Safety here is important. Also they are great in COOL Weather but totally suck in HOT Climates like here in South Texas. So stay hydrated!
